NOTE:  911 should ONLY be used when there is imminent threat to life or property. Call 911 when your house is on fire, if someone is breaking into your house, if you need an ambulance, there is a fight across the street. DON'T call 911 looking for someone's telephone number; if a dog is barking in your neighborhood, or if your neighbors are playing loud music - it ties up a 911 line and might prevent someone who needs help from getting through.
