Boards, commissions and committees help keep our City government dynamic, responsive and accountable. The City could not function without the outstanding advice, expertise and time provided by the civic volunteers who serve on these boards. Serving on a city board provides an excellent opportunity to make a difference in your community.

Common Council
Beaver Dam's Common Council is made up of a President and thirteen Alderpersons, each elected to represent one of fourteen districts. The council meets on most first and third Mondays at 7:30p.m. in the council chambers of the municipal building at 205 S. Lincoln Ave.
