Mobile Printing allows you to print documents, emails, photos, and webpages from anywhere; and pick up your prints at the library.

1) Download PrinterOn App or go to PrinterOn Website

For mobile devices, if you have files saved-  
Easy as 1, 2, 3! Download the free PrinterOn app from app Store.  
1) Select file or web site 2) Select location of printer 3) Print.    

For PCs, laptops, or mobile devices if you have files saved, go to the PrinterOn web address for printing.

2) Select the color or black & white printer.

3) Enter an email address.

4) Select a file, document, or photo to print. If you are printing a webpage, enter URL (web address).

5) Click on the green printer icon. Printer

6) Print from anywhere. Pay at the Front Desk once the print job is processed.  Prints jobs need to be picked 1/2 before closing.

How do I print an email from a mobile device?

To print an email message or attachment, simply forward your email to Black and White: or

You will be sent a release code for the email message and each attachment. Use these release codes to retrieve your documents.  Email forwarding is ideal for online email portals such as Yahoo!, Hotmail, or Google Mail.

Can I print double-sided documents?

Duplex printing is not available with PrinterOn.

Can I print select pages of document or website to print?
When printing from PrinterOn, you can only print the entire document or webpage. Staff cannot alter the printing job after it is sent to the printer.

What file formats does PrinterOn support?
The service supports many file types. Formats include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Adobe PDF, Open Office, TIFF, JPG, PNG, GIF. Google docs or sheets must be saved to one of the file formats above.
